Terms & Conditions
- For stays of one week or more, a deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking.
- Bookings must be paid in full 6 weeks in advance by cheque (French banks) or direct bank transfer. A security deposit of €150 is required on arrival. This will be returned, except in cases of damage and/or breakages.
- Guests need to sign a rental contract on booking and respect the house rules of no smoking, no pets, no parties/events.
- The apartment sleeps up to six but we recommend a maximum of 4 adults in any party.
- Tax de Sejour (local holiday tax) is applicable at standard rates and will be added to your bill.
- Bed linen and towels can be provided on request. Eiderdowns, duvets and pillows are included as standard.
- There is no additional cleaning fee, but it is expected that the apartment is left in a reasonably tidy condition by all guests. If there is an unreasonable amount of cleaning required after your stay, a cleaning fee of €30 will be taken from the deposit.
